As a child, I genuinely believed that a bottlenose dolphin was my relative simply because we shared the same last name, and I thought I would someday become a dolphin. The admiration that extended from that was for The Little Mermaid. Previously, I ran an izakaya called "Gourmet Tabego." I spent a long time building a deep relationship with food. Utilizing that experience, I now run the snack bar "Ajisenbo." No forcing when it comes to alcohol or conversation. An evening gentle on both body and heart. I aim to run the most stomach-friendly snack bar in the world.
